I first heard about this company on the Alex Jones show and decided to give it a try. I purchased their water generator for over $1000 and had a chance to test it: Here’s what I found:
1). The Machine was made in China.
2). There were 3 sets of instructions on how to start this machine, one was a label on the machine itself, a quick start guide, and actual manual. All three had conflicting and confusing setup information and appeared to have bad grammar and spelling.
3). The paint came off the machine when I peeled the Ecoloblue Sticker off.
4). After I finally set it up, it took a few days to product a full tank of water, the water tasted good.
5). After about 2 weeks, I noticed white particles in the water and started to investigate by calling tech support, 1 week later and many hours invested, I found that the pipe leading to the water storage tank has began growing mold and even after disinfecting it I could not stop the white particles from going into water.
6). I called Ecoloblue to process return for this problem machine, and was met with an initial resistance “you’re past your 30 days”… However, after I strongly explained that the 30 days passed as their tech support was trying to resolve the problem and that it was a delay on their part in shipping me new parts… they finally accepted the return.
7). Now my problem was getting this thing back into the box and shipping it out. Ecoloblue agreed to pay for return shipping.
I do not know if this is an isolated incident, but I think this type of water machines are a fairly new “experiment” and they need to find better ways to prevent mold from growing inside the tubing, Before it reaches the storage tanks. The price is way too high considering the quality, and I would like to see this made in USA.

Worst product ever for a very expensive price.
The machine is made in China. For this type of machine and price i would rather prefer made in US.
After a while you might notice growing mold inside the tubing.
It is also expensive to maintain that machine in order to replace new filters.
Their tech support don’t know how to help you solving issues with this machine.
I don’t recommend buying this product due to lack of quality, service and high price.

If you want an air/water generator truly made in the USA, and not some company reselling Chinese products, WaterPure international is located in Florida and they actually make it there in their own factory. They are the only us based manufacturer I could find, and they answer the phone! You will pay a little more, but the best quality hands down. If you want it to work, if you want it to last, if you want to buy American, give them a call.
